What Is Truck Bedlining?
Truck bedlining is a protective coating applied to the surface of a pickup bed. It creates a barrier between the truck bed and the tools, equipment, building materials, outdoor gear, and other cargo it carries.
A professionally applied bedliner helps protect exposed surfaces while giving the truck bed a rugged, uniform, and finished appearance. It is a practical upgrade for work trucks, daily drivers, and pickups used for recreational activities.
Why Add a Bedliner to Your Truck?
A pickup is built to work, but its bed can still experience significant wear over time. Adding a bedliner provides an extra layer of protection where your truck needs it most.
- Added Surface Protection: Helps protect the truck bed from scratches, scuffs, and everyday wear caused by loading and unloading cargo.
- Protection From the Elements: Creates an additional barrier between the truck bed surface and moisture and outdoor exposure.
- Clean, Finished Appearance: Gives your truck bed a consistent, rugged appearance that looks ready for work or everyday use.
- Practical for Hauling: Provides added protection for trucks regularly used to carry tools, supplies, equipment, and recreational gear.
- Long-Term Truck Bed Care: Helps preserve the condition of an area that frequently experiences impacts, friction, and exposure.
Our Truck Bedlining Process
A quality bedliner starts with careful preparation. The exact process may vary depending on your vehicle and the existing condition of the truck bed, but professional bedlining generally includes:
1. Truck Bed Inspection
We begin by evaluating the truck bed and its existing condition before the bedlining process begins.
2. Surface Preparation
The truck bed is cleaned and prepared to create a suitable surface for the bedliner application. Proper preparation helps support consistent coverage and a quality finished appearance.
3. Protecting Surrounding Areas
Areas that are not being coated are carefully covered or masked to keep the application contained to the intended surfaces.
4. Bedliner Application
The protective bedliner is applied across the prepared surfaces to create consistent coverage throughout the truck bed.
5. Final Inspection
After application, the truck bed is inspected for coverage, consistency, and overall appearance.
Bedlining requirements can vary depending on the vehicle. Our team can provide more information about your specific truck when you contact us for a quote.

OUR REVIEWS
Wilmot, SD
Jim Anderson, 05/23/2026I had the service engine light turn on while on vacation. I called Route 15 to see if I could get the engine diagnosed. I got the pickup in the next day and they diagnosed the problem as the mass airflow sensor. I told them to replace the sensor and in doing so, they also noticed my power steering reservoir was low and needed to be topped off which they did for me. I would definitely recommend Route 15 to anyone. Friendly staff, clean facility and very knowledgeable.
